Bay: Oceanfront Paradise in
Kapoho Bay
Here in Kapoho, the sunniest spot on the
quiet side of the Big Island of Hawaii, is where you can still be in
touch with a bit of old
Hawaii,untouched by
city life. We cordially invite you to visit this piece of
Paradise.Kapoho is a small quiet gated
community.
In one of our ponds you will see beautiful
clear blue Ocean and warm ponds including Champagne Pond.
Arthurena our Sea Turtle has been a resident of our pond for 40 plus
years and is tagged and protected by the Department of Fisheries.
There are many varieties of tropical fish which also flourish in the
ponds make them a beautiful snorkeling location.
The Kapoho Estate House features
2ponds, easy ocean access, salt-water swimming pool, a spacious
living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an outdoor tub, Pool Table, Internet Access and Coffe
Grinder.
Master bedroom with queen size bed. Multi-level patois
and a gazebo overlook the ponds and ocean. It has its own private
access into Ocean and warm ponds.
Downstairs is a shady lanai at water's edge.
A two-car carport includes an enclosed laundry, storage area and
pool table. The yard is beautifully landscaped with flowering
shrubs, palm trees, a manicured lawn and other tropical plantings.
Amenities also include stainless steel
Appliances, refrigerator, stove, breakfast bar,microwave,
coffee maker, coffee grinder, barbecue grill, toaster,
blender,snorkel sets, deck chairs, books and magazines, linens and
towels, iron, washer and dryer, telephone with voice mail, stereo
system with CD player, blender, satellite TV, VCR and a library of
movies on tape.
