3-night minimum stay, 10% discount for stays of 1 month (28+ days)

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Discount of nightly rate by 15% if the rental is still vacant and the booking date is within 30 days of the arrival dates.

Please note: For the safety of our guests and our resident turtle, swimming in her pond is not permitted. Arthurena is registered and protected by the state of Hawaii. There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property however, with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean.
