When we receive your deposit, we will email you a confirmation, directions to the property and a map. We will also send you a packet of information and tips to help you get the most out of your visit to the Big Island.

 Payment Info:

We accept major credit cards, personal checks and money orders.
 
There is a three night minimum on all reservations.
 
Hawaii room tax in the amount of 11.416% is added to each booking.
 
A deposit in the amount of one half of the rent (minimum of 3 nights rent) is required to confirm a reservation.
 
Remainder of payment is due 45 days before arrival.

 Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a 15% cancellation processing fee, if we are able to rebook the property.
