Discounts and Specials: WEEKLY SPECIAL 10% OFF for 7-night or longer stay. Our returning guests enjoy a 5% discount. Discounts and specials cannot be combined and not applicable during the holidays (Dec 19-Jan 2). Until confirmed, rates and amenities are subject to change without notice. Kids Under 2 yrs stay FREE!
All charges are subject to Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Plus cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $175 for 7-10 guests. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 fine will apply if the policy is violated.
Payment- We accept all major credit cards includes: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal or postal checks but we will require a $200 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. The security deposit will be returned back on to the credit or debt card 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there are no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please call us at 808-965-4026 when you are ready to book your reservations.
Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 10 guests). No additional daily guests permitted. Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary which then an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Extra $25 to unlock the 1st level. Check-in is between 3 PM to 9 PM and if you are checking in later than 9 PM please call for special arrangements 72 hrs prior. Check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less or if you did not use the Lower Level bedrooms for homes that have lower levels, otherwise checkout at 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully... If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival. Travel Guard’s All Seasons Travel Plan can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.
Bed Arrangements: Third Level Master Suite: Offers Dynamic 270 sweeping view of the Ocean, Full Bath with Jacuzzi Tub, Large walk-in closet, 10’ wide windows and 14’X 20’ covered Lanai to enjoy the ocean and sunset colors. Satellite TV, DSL and entertainment area in Master Suite. Middle Level: Ocean View Master Bedroom has Queen Size bed and the other bedroom has queen size bed, 2 full baths, spacious full size kitchen with Island, dining area, sky lights, Laundry Facility, Large Deck with BBQ while enjoying the Ocean, TVs , DSL and entertainment area. Lower Level: 2 Bedroom has queen beds, Coffee Counter, Laundry Area, Garage/Game Room, TV. This first level is only accessible from the outside, there is no inside stairway to the main level which is the 2nd level. Please Note: This home is exclusively rented to our guests and will not be sharing this home with others. We encourage Guests to bring beach towels of their own preference.
Our Rental Policy does not allow tents and canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, Max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
