Discounts and Specials: WEEKLY SPECIAL: 10% OFF for 7-night or longer stay. Our returning guests enjoy a 5% discount. A 20% discount for a month or longer stay. Discounts and specials cannot be combined and not applicable during the holidays (Dec 19-Jan 2). Until confirmed rates and amenities subject to change without notice. Kids Under 2 yrs stay FREE!
Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 8 guests) and is partially elderly or handicapped accessible. Check-in is between 3 PM to 9 PM and if you are checking in later than 9 PM please call for special arrangements 72 hrs prior. Check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less or if you did not use the Lower Level bedrooms for homes that have lower levels, otherwise checkout at 10 AM
All charges are subject to Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests, $200 for up to 10 guests, & $225 for up to 13 guests. No additional daytime guests permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 fine will apply if the policy is violated. For your protection & liability, we charge to every booking a $45 damage fee instead of taking a $300 security deposit, for details please click on this link: Travel Guard Hawaii Travel Insurance.
Payment - We accept all major credit cards includes: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal checks but we will require a $300 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please call us at 808-965-4026 when you are ready to book your Reservations.
Three (3) night minimum stay; 10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights. Discounts not applicable during holiday season (Dec 19-Jan 2) and until confirmed, rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully...
  • If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.
  • If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
  • We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival. Travel Guard’s All Seasons Travel Plan can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.

  • Bed Arrangements - Single Level Oceanfront: Master Bedroom King Size, 2nd Bedroom Includes: Queen, Full, Twin and Bunk Beds, and Living Room has 2 Futon Sofas that Foldout to Full Sized Beds, Sleeps 2 - 13.
    • There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean. We encourage Guests to bring beach towels of their own preference.
    Our Rental Policy does not allow tents or canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
