Discounts and specials cannot be combined and not applicable during the holidays (Dec 19-Jan 2). Until confirmed rates and amenities subject to change without notice. Kids Under 2 yrs stay FREE!
Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 8 guests) and is partially elderly or handicapped accessible. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less, otherwise check-out is 10 AM.
Rates plus Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150 for 7-8 guests, $200 for 9-10 guests, & $225 for 11-13 guests. No additional daytime guests permitted. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, including Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Three (3) night minimum stay; 10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights. Discounts not applicable during holiday season (Dec 19-Jan 2) and until confirmed, rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully...
  • If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.
  • If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
  • We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.

  • Bed Arrangements - Single Level Oceanfront: Master Bedroom King Size, 2nd Bedroom Includes: Queen, Full, Twin and Bunk Beds, and Living Room has 2 Futon Sofas that Foldout to Full Sized Beds, Sleeps 2 - 13.
    • There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean.
    Our Rental Policy does not allow tents or canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
