All charges subject to Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests, $200 up to 10 guests & $225 up to 12 guests. No additional daytime guests permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 fine will apply if the policy is violated. Check-in is between 3 PM to 9 PM and if you are checking in later than 9 PM please call for special arrangements 72 hrs prior. Check-outbefore 11 AM for parties of 6 or less or if you did not use the Lower Level bedrooms for homes that have lower levels, otherwise checkout at 10 AM | |||
| Payment- We accept all major credit cards includes: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal or postal checks but we will require a $200 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. The security deposit will be returned back on to the credit or debt card 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there are no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding. | There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean. This is a 2nd story home with only the top floor offered for rent and NOT handicap accessible. | |||
| Our Rental Policy does not allow tents or canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, Max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM. We encourage Guests to bring beach towels of their own preference. | |||
