| Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 8 guests). Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. No additional daytime guests permitted. To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary which then an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in is between 3 PM to 9 PM and if you are checking in later than 9 PM please call for special arrangements 72 hrs prior. Check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less or if you did not use the Lower Level bedrooms for homes that have lower levels, otherwise checkout at 10 AM. | |||
| Payment - We accept all major credit cards includes: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal or postal checks but we will require a $200 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. The security deposit will be returned back on to the credit or debt card 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there are no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please call us at 808-965-4026 when you are ready to book your reservations. | |||
| All charges are subject to Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests, $150 for 7 to 8 guests. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 fine will apply if the policy is violated. | |||
